How it works

Select the rows in your spreadsheet and copy them. Google Sheets™, Excel, Numbers, or a CSV file — paste them in the box above, or choose a CSV file.
Every column in the row becomes a line on the label, in the order the columns are in. Empty cells are skipped. No column guessing, no address correcting, no reformatting of anything you typed.
You get a PDF that is already lined up for Avery®-compatible 5160 — 1" × 2⅝" address labels, 3 across and 10 down. Print it at 100%, with scaling off, on the sheet itself.

One sheet size today. The others are added one at a time, each only once it has been printed and measured.

Your addresses are never stored

The names and addresses in your rows are held in memory just long enough to draw the PDF, and then they are gone — not written to a database, not kept in a file, not sent to anyone else, and never used to train an AI model. Written down in full on the privacy page, in plain English.

A real person answers

Write to mike@gearyworks.com and Mike answers — usually the same day, at the latest within two business days. If a sheet prints crooked, say which printer and which label pack and it gets fixed. More on the support page.
