What to tell us about a label that came out wrong
Labels going crooked or off the edge is almost always about which sheet is in the tray or how the printer was asked to scale the page. The fastest fix comes from four things:
- which label sheet you are using — the product number on the box, if it has one;
- your printer and whether you printed from Adobe Reader, Preview, or the browser;
- whether “fit to page” or “scale to fit” was on — it should be off, or at 100%, because it shrinks the sheet and nothing lines up;
- a photo or scan of the misprinted sheet if you have one.
Please do not send us the spreadsheet itself. We do not need your addresses to fix a layout, and we would rather you never sent them — two or three made-up rows that show the same problem are perfect.

To ask what we hold about you, get a copy, or have it deleted, email the same address and we will do it within two business days. The full picture is on the privacy page.
Security
If you find a security problem, please tell us at the same address and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you publish. We will credit you if you would like us to.
Accessibility
If anything on this site or in the tool is hard to use with a screen reader, a keyboard, or at a larger text size, tell us and we will fix it. That is a bug like any other.
